I know this is a rather bias list, BUT what is really cool about this list of games is that most of them are cross platform and free.  Meaning that you can play these high quality games on your Windows PC for $0.00.

If they were compiled for Linux and Windows, more than likely you are gaining system resources also unlike the equivalent PC only games which often require large amount of resources.

I just wish I had more time to play some games.   I guess that's what I had kids for.  They will enjoy!
